In this present, early stage of the Information Age, information assets must be superior to other countries in order for Korea to be a hub city in East Asia, a trend that, presumably, will continue through until the year 2200. While methods of information transmissions shift from one-to-one, like telephone, to one-to-many like the Internet, and peer-to-peer transfers of materials through information increase dramatically, the need for infra-expansion arises. For these reasons, there are several QUESTIONS.
Can Information ages bring the revolution of the city, Seoul ?
Can Korea response to the information ages as the first turning point after the Independence ?
Can the current Infrastructure manage the overcorwding of Physical Information?

+50 New infra-network Era
The infrastructure, a hierarchy of different speed limits, is developed to add more effi ciency to the circulation or movement of people. Through this infra-network, Seoul will form new nodes, and the urban structure will be rearranged around each central node.

+100 New nodes and clusters Era
Fundamental changes are made to the urban infrastructure, thus forming new rearrangements of accessibility. This entails the formation of complex clusters, having each node at its center.

+150 Culture network connecting nodes Era
Cultural identity that has been infl uenced by expansion and neutralization of information is a controversial issue. A strong cultural network which will shed lights on regional characteristics will connect every cluster with others formed around the year 2100.

+200 Sponge City: Devitalized Urban Structure, Nature Again
By the fi nal stage of the Information Age, most economic aspects and methods will have been transformed from physical to virtual, and the interface itself may become formless, like electric waves. This will result in the demolition of the old road system
and natural environment will replace the void. People will live in mega-structures that are built on in some parts of the country.
